ORDINANCE NO, 3419
<br />An Ordinance granting the approval of the City Council of the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, to the subdivision designated
<br />" Farmington Subdivision ", same being contained upon a ortion of
<br />the 'Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE %SWr� of Section
<br />Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11) North Range Nine (9), West
<br />i
<br />of the 6th P. M. in Hall County, Nebraska, n accordance with Sec-
<br />tion 16 -902, Compiled Statutes of Nebraska, 1957; approving the
<br />Plat of said subdivision and approving the protective covenants
<br />and restrictions pertaining to the lots, tracts and parcels of
<br />land in said subdivision, and all proceedings had and done in con-
<br />nection therewith.
<br />WHEREAS, Harvey C. Anderson and Anna M. Anderson, his wife,
<br />have requested the approval of the City of Grand Island, Nebras-
<br />ka of the subdivision and platting of a subdivision to be known
<br />and designated as "Farmington Subdivision ", and have submitted
<br />therewith a plat showing the lots comprising said subdivision, to-
<br />gether with the streets and roads, easements and rights -of -way
<br />for utilities; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Harvey C. Anderson and Anna M. Anderson, his
<br />wife, have further submitted to said City certain protective cov-
<br />enants and restrictions, which are to run with the title of the
<br />lots, tracts and parcels of land in said subdivision, and shall be
<br />binding upon all successors in title thereto; and
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council has examined said application, plat
<br />and protective covenants and restrictions, and has found that the
<br />same should in all respects be approved;
<br />NOVA, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE t4INYOR AND COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA:
<br />Section 1. That the application of the said Harvey C. Ander»
<br />son and Anna M. Anderson, his wife, for approval of said "Farming-
<br />ton Subdivision be and the same is hereby granted; that the'plat
<br />of said subdivision, laying out said land into lots, streets and
<br />easements for public utilities and public ways, be, and the same
<br />is hereby in all respects approved.
<br />Section 2. That the protective covenants and restrictions
<br />now on file in the office of the City Clerk which shall run with
<br />the title to the lots, tracts and parcels of land in said Farming-
<br />,ton Subdivision be, and the same are hereby approved and accepted,
<br />and that the approval of the plat of said subdivision and of the
<br />covenants and restrictions be endorsed upon said lat and signed
<br />by the Mayor and the City Clerk, and that the seal of the City of
<br />Grand Island be thereunto affixed.
<br />Section 3, That the plat of said Farmington Subdivision and
<br />said protective covenants and restrictions be, and the same are
<br />hereby approved for filing in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as.by law provided.
<br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take ef-
<br />fect from and after its passage, approval and publication as pro -
<br />vided by law.
<br />Passed and approved by a majority vote of all of the members
