<br />Comes now John F. 1cCarthy, of legal age and a
<br />resident of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, after
<br />being first duly sworn, deposes and says that he is well
<br />acquainted with Homer C. !�illspaugh, and that Homer C.
<br />Millspaugh, one of the mortgagors in a mortgage filed on
<br />October 14, 1973, in the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, recorded in Book 119, Page 247, iE
<br />one and the same person as Homer Millspaugh, who is
<br />plaintiff is a case in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, numbered 9733.
<br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say that
<br />�illiarn Shoemaker, whose name appears at Entry 21, with a
<br />lifetime interest in the West Half of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(.a2 i�dW ) of Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Eleven (11),
<br />North, Range Ten (10) 'nest of the 6th P.ii., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEB,, ��E l of Section TwentThree (23), Township Eleven
<br />(11), worth, Range Ten (10 y - , West of the 6th P.Ii., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, is one and the same person as William
<br />Erunt Shoemaker, whose name appears on a certificate of
<br />death and shown as recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Nook 6, Page 125,
<br />of the Certificate of Death Records.
