In the Matter of the <br />Conservatorship of <br />The Estate of i CRDER <br />BETTY RUTH NELSON <br />Now on this day of December, 1958, this matter <br />came on for hearing on the petition of Betty Ruth Nelson for the <br />appointment of a Conservator for her estate, having been first <br />taken up on December 15, 1958, and continued to this date for <br />further information, and there was present in Court in person the <br />said Betty Ruth Nelson, the petitioner, and the said Ruth M. Boyd, <br />the Petitioner's mother, and Bayard H. Paine, Jr., of Paine & Paine, <br />Attorneys, their attorneys herein, and the same was submitted to <br />the Court upon such petition, and the evidence, and the Court <br />having carefully examined 4nd considered the same, finds as follows: <br />1. The said Betty Ruth Nelson is a resident of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, owning real and personal property <br />in said County and State, and this Court has Jurisdiction of this <br />matter; that by reason of a physical disability, she is unable <br />to care for or manage her!, estate at the present time; that it is <br />necessary that a conservator be appointed for this purposep and, <br />that she has requested that her mother, Ruth M. Boyd, be appointed <br />as such conservator; that the prayer of said petition should be <br />granted, and that the said Ruth M. Boyd is a resident of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and is a proper and suitable person to act <br />as such conservator. <br />2. The said Betty Ruth Ndlson is now the owner of an <br />interest in certain real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and in conformity with the laws of the $tate of Nebraska, a copy <br />of this order must be filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska; end that the said Betty Ruth Nelson is seized <br />and possessed, by fee simple title absolute, of an undivided <br />one-half interest in and to the following described real estate, <br />situated in the County of Hall* and the State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br />
