AMENDMENT TO DEDICATION OF <br />ROUSH' S PLEASANT VILLE TERRACE SUBDIVISION <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Virgil Roush and Josephine C. Roush, being duly sworn on their oath state <br />that, on the 4th day of August, 1958, they dedicated Roush's Pleasantville Terrace <br />Subdivision as shown by plat duly recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds; <br />that, in preparing said plat, there was included the South Twenty (20) Feet of <br />Lot Nineteen (19), the West Eighteen (18) Feet of Lot Twenty -Nine (29), and the <br />West Eighteen (18) Feet of the South Twenty (20) Feet of Lot Twenty -Eight (28), <br />of Matthews Subdivision, the same being part of the Northwest Quarter (NW 4) <br />of Section Twenty -Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, which inclusions were not subject to <br />dedication by these parties. <br />The said dedication and plat are hereby amended to delete therefrom the <br />South Twenty (20) Feet of Lot Nineteen (19), the West Eighteen (18) Feet of Lot <br />Twenty -Nine (29), and the West Eighteen (18) Feet of the South Twenty (20) Feet <br />of Lot Twenty -Eight (28), of Matthews Subdivision, the same being part of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW 4) of Section Twenty -Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Dated at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 2nd day of January, 1959. <br />Virg 1 Roush <br />Josephine C.
