<br />The Lisessor agrees that during the tern of this license or any renewal thereof,
<br />he will limit the use of his land within 1000 foot of Point "A" to normal
<br />agricultural use, and that he will net Brest or allow to be .rooted or plased
<br />upon said promisees, &W polo, structure, or other obstructien greater in height
<br />than 5,foet (exclusive of farm machinery is use) without the prior written
<br />approval of the Civil Aeronautics Administration.

<br />3. This license shall become effective Nevemb &r ]8m 1958 and shall remain in
<br />force.until iume W, ign and may, at the option of the Government, be
<br />renewed from year to year at a rental of Thirty -five and n 00 Dollars ($35.00)
<br />per annum, provided notice be given in writing to the licensor at least -
<br />thirt 30 days before this license, or any renewal thereof, would otherwise
<br />expire; provided further, that no renewal thereof shall extend the period of
<br />occupancy of the premises beyond the 30th. day of June, 1973.
<br />Payment will be made at the end of each U. S. Government Fiscal Year. (Juno 30th)
<br />to Pau1.H. Lipps and Ida A. Lipps Box 148, Route 3, Grand Island Nebraska.
<br />4. All structures, improvements, or other property placed:upon the said prem-
<br />ises by the United States shall remain its property and may be removed by
<br />it after the expiration or termination of this license or within 90 days
<br />thereafter.
<br />5. No Member of or Delegate to Congress or Resident Commissioner shall be
<br />admitted to any share or part of this license or to any benefit to arise
<br />therefrom. Nothing, however, herein contained shall be construed to extend
<br />to any incorporated company, if the license be for the general benefit of
<br />such corporation or company.
