BEL -AIR ADDITION TO THE CITY, OFiGRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />WHEREAS, under date of April 9, 1956, RAYMOND A. WATSON, JR.,
<br />also known as RAYMOND A. WATSON, and J. A. PROFFITT, dedicated a.
<br />certain tract of real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, as "Bel Air
<br />Addition" to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, including
<br />the streets as thereon shown, to the public for their use forever, and
<br />the easements thereon- shown, for the location, construction, and main-
<br />tenance of public service utilities, which is recorded in Book 101 of
<br />Deeds, Page 445, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the said Raymond A. Watson, Jr., and J. A. Proffitt
<br />did execute an agreement for protective covenants and restrictions
<br />covering said addition which is recorded in Book 4 of Miscellaneous
<br />Records, Page 3, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, such dedication and agreement, hereinabove referred
<br />to, were not executed by the undersigned, Juanita Watson, wife of the
<br />said Raymond A. Watson, Jr., or Wilmetta Proffitt, wife of the said
<br />J. A. Proffitt; now
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) in hand paid
<br />and other good and sufficient consideration, the undersigned, Juanita
<br />Watson as wife of the said Raymond A. Watson, Jr., also known as Raymond
<br />A. Watson, and Wilmetta Proffitt, wife of the said J. A. Proffitt, do
<br />herewith,as such spouses, join in the dedication of «Bel Air Addition"
<br />including the dedication of the streets as thereon shown, to the public
<br />for their use forever, and the ,easements thereon shown, for the
<br />location, construction and maintenance of public service utilities,
<br />and do also as such spouses join in the agreement for protective covenants
<br />and restrictions, all as hereinabove specifically referred to.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have affixed our signatures hereto at
<br />Grand ,island, Nebraska, this 18th day of November, 1958.
