Kelly, being first duly sworn on oath says that he is a pract- <br />icing attorney in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and has <br />been for more than thirty years last past; that he was well and personally <br />acquainted with Albert Beyersdorf and Clara Beyersdorf, husband and wife, <br />and that Clara Beyersdorf, the grantee of a certain deed filed in the records <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 67, at page 605; <br />Book 68, page 612; Book 68, page 63$; and in Book 109, page 189; Book 109, <br />page 192; and Book 125, page 235 wherein the said Clara Beyersdorf was also <br />described in certain of said deeds as Clara C. Beyersdorf, and your affiant <br />states that not withstanding the discrepancy in the names that the said <br />Clara Beyersdorf and Clara C. Beyersdorf are one and the same person. <br />That Albert Beyersdorf is deceased and that your affiant was the attorney <br />at the time said estate was probated and that in the records of the Register <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein certain deeds appeared to be filed <br />in Book 67, page 005, Book 68, page 612 and Book 08, page 633, the grantee is <br />described as Albert Beyersdorf, and that in the estate proceedings he was des- <br />cribed as Albert J. Beyersdorf, but not withstanding the discrepancy in the <br />spelling of the names, the said Albert Beyersdorf and Albert J.
