STATE OF NEBRASKA } <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />A F F I D A V I T <br />ss. <br />Marie McDermott being first duly sworn on oath, deposes and <br />states that she was well acquainted with John Brown, who was the owner <br />in fee of the North One -half (N-2) of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section Thirty -two (32), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), <br />West of the 6th p.m. in Hall County, Nebraska and who on date of March <br />17, 1906, conveyed the same to John J. Hannon by warranty deed which on <br />the same date the said John J.
