THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of 19ay, 1945, by and <br />between Charles P. Davis, of North Platte, Nebraska, and Neta J. <br />Hubbard, Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />"ATITNESSETH, that the parties hereto acknowledge the agreement <br />entered into by .Anna Davis.of Grand Island, Nebraska, and Neta J. <br />Hubbard, of Grand Island, Nebraska, relative to the following described <br />property, to -wit; Lot "H" of Joehnck's Sub- Division, located on a part <br />of the ` ?outheast Quarter (9E4) of Section Fifteen (15) , Township Eleven <br />(bg),North, Range Nine (9) '.'lest of the 6th.P.111., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />saving and excepting therefrom that nart conveyed to Carl Joehnck by <br />'?�arranty Deed Recorded in Rook 68 at page 19 of Deed Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, and it is agreed by the parties that the deed given <br />to them by l,nna Davis shall be subject to the following terms, and that <br />said deed v ;as given. in anticipation of death and that the said Anna <br />Davis retained a life estate in said premises also it is agreed and <br />understood that the said ��.nna Davis, has sold said pre- mieses to Neta J. <br />Hubbard; that there remains due and unpaid the sum of rive T'-. ousar_d and <br />no,1100 Dollars (',5,000.00), that said sum is to be payable to thesaid <br />Anna Davis at the rate of X50.00, per month, with. interest at 41o,payable <br />semi - annually; it is aleo agreed that a I#t stipulation hasbeen made <br />between _Anna Davis and 1Lbeta J. Hubbard, that on the death of the said <br />Anna Davis, the bca±x basis of settlement of the interests of Neta J. <br />uubbard and Charles P. Davis, shall be that Neta J. Hubbard, shall be <br />credited with all sums paid on the principal sum of .15,000.00, the <br />remaining balance unpaid shall be the basis on which the value of said <br />property sh 1.1 be established between Neta J. Hubbard and Charles P. `_ <br />Davis, that is the remaindetY' unpaid is to be divisible in half and the <br />y <br />said 'J"eta J. Hubbard, sb.all�o 'Charles P. Davis, his one -half in like <br />manner as had been previoulsy paid to Anna Davis on her contract, that <br />on the completion of the payments to Sharles P. Davis, he shall give <br />a deed to Neta J. Hubbard for his one half interest in and to said <br />property. <br />
