Evans, being first duly sworn upon his oath, <br />deposes and says that he is a resident of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and has been for more than twenty- <br />five years last past; that he is well and personally <br />acquainted with Eulalia Tibbs, one of the Grantees in the <br />Warranty Deed recorded in Book 93 at page 441 and also in <br />Book 97 at Page 67, and Eulalia M. Tibbs, one of the <br />Grantors in a deed recorded in Book 91 at Page 690 of <br />the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska, and the Affiant <br />knows of his own personal knowledge that the said Eulalia <br />Tibbs and Eulalia M.
