so <br />The rights herein conveyed are upon the express condition that <br />the said City of Grand Island will in no way damage or interfere <br />with the sewer clean outs which the Hall County Housing Authority <br />has heretofore constructed upon said premises, and if any such sewer <br />clean outs are damaged by the City of Grand Island, the same shall <br />be repaired at the expense of said City. <br />The rights herein conveyed are granted further upon the con- <br />dition that the City of Grand Island shall restore the surface of <br />said tract of land to its original condition after any installation <br />not <br />of such utilities, and that said City will /deposit or keep upon said <br />premises any waste material or anything of an objectionable nature, <br />or which would in any way obstruct free passage over said premises. <br />The rights herein conveyed are granted vt tr. the express under- <br />standing that the hall County lousing Authority may, upon making <br />proper application to the City of Grand Island, connect adjacent <br />property belonging to said hall County Housing Authority with any of <br />the utilities constructed upon said easement or right -of -way by said <br />City after first paying said City a proportionate share of the cost <br />of the construction of such utilities as shall be established by <br />ordinance. <br />The rights herein conveyed to the City of Grand Island shall be <br />perpetual and shall pass with the title to said tract of land and <br />shall extend to and be binding upon the successors and assigns of <br />the parties hereto. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Hall County Housing Authority has <br />caused this instrument to be signed by its Chairman <br />and attested to by its Secretary , this the 28th day <br />of October, 1958. <br />/ <br />14 ALL 00041,ry�3 <br />ht�{1'5, 114 <br />ATTEST: ar <br />4F� <br />
