<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dol-
<br />lars, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the Hall County Hous-
<br />ing Authority does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Grand
<br />Island, a municipal corporation in hall County, Nebraska, a perpetual
<br />easement over, along and across a certain tract of land Sixteen (16)
<br />feet in width and approximately One Thousand Thirty -Six and Five
<br />Tenths (1036.5) feet in length, and more particularly described as
<br />follows;
<br />Commencing on the north line of the South half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (52NE4) of Section Seventeen (17),
<br />in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West
<br />of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, and its in-
<br />tersection with the west line of White Avenue in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska; running thence west on
<br />the north line of said South Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (S2NEJ) to the east line of Carey Avenue, also
<br />being the southeas33 corner of Lot Five (5), Block
<br />Seven (7), Dill and Hustonts Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska; running thence south on the
<br />east line of Carey Avenue, Sixteen (16) feet; running
<br />thence east parallel to the north line of said South
<br />Half of the Northeast quarter (S2NE4) to the west line
<br />of said White Avenue; running thence north on the west
<br />line of said White Avenue, Sixteen (16) feet to the
<br />place of beginning.
<br />The said City of Grand Island, its agents, servants and em-
<br />ployees may enter upon said tract of land for the purpose of con-
<br />structing thereon sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer mains, water
<br />mains, power and light transmission lines, and may after the con-
<br />struction of the same reenter upon said premises for the purpose of
<br />extending, renewing, repairing and enlarging said utilities, and
<br />for the further purpose of providing such utilities for the lots,
<br />tracts and parcels of land in Bl ks Fourteen (14 ) and Fifteen (15 )
<br />of Boggs and Hills Addition, and Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3)
<br />and Four ( 4 ) of Eloc1c Seven ( 7 ) of Dill and Huston Addition, all
<br />in the said City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
