James Livingston, being first duly sworn; on my oath depose and <br />say that I am a duly licensed and practicing mortician in Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and have been such for more than twenty years <br />last past; that I personally knew John H. Poehler during his lifetime, <br />and Minna Poehler, his wife, during her lifetime; that I was in charge <br />of their respective funerals; that I know said John H. Poehler died <br />October 15, 1952, in Grand Island, Nebraska, and at the time of his <br />death owned the East half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (EjNWgNE) Of Section Seventeen (17) in Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska; <br />that I know positively that said Minna Poehler was the wife of said <br />John H.
