Sedlacek being first duly sworn on his oath, deposes <br />and says that he isthe owner of the following described real estate: <br />the West 8.2' <br />The West 8.21 of Fractional lot n�_ $n�� .,,d�ot 5 in Ruffts Addition and/ Fractional lot 4 <br />and lot 5 in /SCtha s lAlddition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />that affiant purchased and paid for said real estate out of his own earnings <br />at the time said property was titled in Joseph A. Sedlacek and Ida I. Sedlacek <br />jointly with right of survivorship; that the said Ida'-I. Sedlacek did not give <br />any consideration for said title or real estate. <br />Affiant further states that Ida I. Sedlacek died in Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, a resident of said city and state on February 22, 1952; that at the <br />time of her said death, said real estate was of the fair and reasonable market <br />value of $9,500.00; that said Ida I. Sedlacek under theinheritance tax laws <br />of the State of Nebraska and the said affiant each have a specific inheritance <br />tax exemption of $10,000.00 and there could,not be any inheritance tax owing <br />by reason of the death of the said Ida I. Sedlacek. <br />Affiant further states that the said Ida I.
