one (171) in Buena. Vista Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, <br />in Hall County, Nebraska, given by the defendants, Arthur H. Stone <br />and Eleanor P. Stone, husband and wife, on the 15th day of December, <br />1952, to the Don J.
