Parcel 3 - A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, in Township 11 North, .
<br />Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska More particularly described
<br />as follows, to -wit: Commencing at the center of the intersection of Lincoln Street
<br />and Phoenix Avenue (as shown on the plat of South Park now vacated), running thence
<br />in a westerly direction along and upon the center line of Phoenix Avenue to the
<br />extended center line of Adams Street, thence running straight south to the south
<br />line of the Northeast Quart of said Section 21, running thence east along and upon
<br />the south line of the Northeast Quarter to the center line of Lincoln Street, if
<br />extended, (as shown on the vacated plat of South Park) running thence in a north-
<br />westerly direction upon and along the center line of Lincoln Street, if extended,
<br />to the place of beginning.
<br />Also the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter,
<br />and the East Half of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Southeast Quarter, all being in Section 21, Township 11 North, Range 9
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom, however a
<br />tract described as commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of
<br />the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
<br />Section 21, running thence east along the northerly line of said tract 330 feet thence
<br />north at right angles 132 feet thence west at right angles 330 feet and thence south
<br />132 feet to the point of beginning (containing one acre), being a tract conveyed by
<br />deed recorded in Book 94 at Page 463 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and subject to any existing and established roads and subject to protective covenants
<br />recorded in Book "U" at Page 286 of the Miscellaneous Records and easements of
<br />record of Hall County, Nebraska; EXCEPT
<br />A part of the Southwestern Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, in
<br />Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., ,Hall County, Nebraska, more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on the center line of
<br />Phoenix Avenue 707.9 feet westerly from the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and
<br />Phoenix Avenue (as shown by plat of South Park, now vacated), which point is at
<br />the intersection of the center line of Phoenix Avenue and the west line of the East
<br />Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 21; thence
<br />South along said West line, which line is the center line of the county road now
<br />called and used at South Adams Street, a distance of 400 feet; thence East at right
<br />angles to last course a distance of 179 feet; thence North parallel with said. West
<br />line of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said
<br />Section 21, a distance of 254.8 feet to a point;, thence northerly in a curved line,,
<br />concave eastwardly of a radius of 468.28 feet, tangent to the last described course,
<br />a distance as measured in the arc of said curve of 129. 27 feet, the long chord of
<br />said curve being 128.9 feet inaength and bearing Eastwardly from the last described
<br />course, produced Northerly 7 53' to a point; thence northwesterly in a straight line
<br />to an interior angle as measured from aforesaid ling chord 1430591, a distance
<br />of 108.55 feet to the center line of Phoenix Avenue; thence southwesterly ,along the
<br />center line of Phoenix Avenue a distance,of 165 feet to the point of beginning;

<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the center line.
<br />of Phoenix Avenue in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, 372.58 feet southwesterly
<br />from the intersection. of Lincoln Avenue and 'Phoenix Avenue (as shown by plat of
<br />South Park now vacated); thence southerly along a curved line concave easterly
<br />having a radius of 613.69 feet a distance, as measured in the arc of said curve,
<br />of 290.76 feet to a point, the long chord of 'said curve being 288.06 feet and.
<br />bearing southwesterly from the center line of said Phoenix Avenue produced south-
<br />westerly 6.30061; thence south along a straight line making an interior angle of
<br />178046' with the aforesaid long chord a distance of 683. 37 feet to a point which
<br />is 40 feet northerly of the south line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of said Section 21; thence west along a straight line which is 40 feet
<br />northerly of and parallel with the said south line of the Southwest Quarter of the
