REAL ESTATE CONSENT <br />D. H. Meves and Evelyn C. Meves <br />(herein called the Undersigned) are the owners or have an interest in the real estate on which 8 <br />Brunswick bowling lanes and other bowling equipment are to be installed by- ----- <br />Detlef H. Meves <br />(herein called the Buyer) said real estate being described as: <br />West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 15, Township 117 North, Range 9, <br />West of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />In consideration of the extension of credit by THE BRUNSWICK - BALKE- COLLENDER COMPANY, <br />of 623 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago 5, Illinois, (herein called Brunswick) to the Buyer for the <br />purchase of the Brunswick bowling lanes and equipment, the Undersigned waive in favor of <br />Brunswick any lien, claim or interest which the Undersigned may have or hereafter acquire as <br />to the bowling lanes and equipment, and further consent to the removal of the bowling lanes and <br />equipment by Brunswick in the event the Buyer should default under the terms of his agreement <br />with Brunswick. <br />Form 2700.16 P. 1 <br />10/56 <br />
