CONTRACT FOR SALE AND PLIICH.ASE OF REAL PROPhMTY AND FIXTURES <br />THIS AGRE"NENIT., made and entered into this A2� day of <br />1958, between HENRY FUSS, JR. and RUTH FUSS, husband and wife, of Grind <br />Island. Nebraska, hereinafter called the Sellers, and DEL MAR D. HRING <br />and GPIRI'.LDINE M. MEPHRING0 husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights <br />of survivorship and not as tenants in co ;ion, of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />herelli,u,fter called the Purchasers,, <br />WITNESSET11: That the Sellers agree to sell to the Purchasers <br />and the Rurchasers agree to purchase of the Sellers the following described <br />real estate, with the appurtenances, and fixtures herciaafter described, <br />said property being as follows: <br />The East Fifty-two (52) Feet of of Four (4), in <br />Block One (1), of Hann's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Fall County, Nebraska. <br />The fixtures included in this sale are as f allows: <br />Cash Register <br />Two Scales <br />Cooler Box on Wall <br />Display Fox <br />Meat Block <br />Slicer <br />Grinder <br />Compressor <br />Shelving <br />Glass Display Case <br />Fan <br />Purchasers obtain title to <br />these fixtures at the time of <br />signing this contract and these <br />fixturds are released in full <br />to p=urchasers for resale or <br />any other disposition. <br />The terms and conditions of this contract are as follows: <br />(1) The ur ase rice s <br />ch is the um of Four Thousand Five Hundred <br />5 <br />No/100 Dollars (KI 50 0.0 0 , of which the sum of Four Hundred & No/100 <br />Dollars ($400.00) has been paid by Purchasers to Sellers, the receipt <br />whereof is hereby acknowledged by Sellers, and the balance of said(grohase <br />price in the amount ,of Four Thousand One Hundred & No/100 Dollars 4,100.00) <br />shall be paid as follows: Monthly installment payments of Thirty-six & <br />53/100 Dollars ($36.53) each beginning on or before the 1st day of June, <br />1958, and Tbirty-six & 53/100 Dollars ($36.53) on or before the 1st day <br />of each month thereafter, until the balance of the purchase price, with <br />interest at the ,rate ,.of 3% per annum, is paid in full. The said monthly <br />installment payments of Thirty-six & 53/100 Dollars ($36.53) are to be <br />applied, first, to interest, and the balance on principalv and so an each <br />month until the balance of principal and interest has been paid in full, <br />according to the payment schedule attached hereto., marked "Exhibit A" and <br />made a part hereof an though set out in full herein, <br />(2) The Purchasers shall have the privilege of paying any or <br />all of the installment payments before their maturity, and, in the event <br />of such payment or payments, interest on such installment payments shall <br />be calculated only to the time of payment* <br />
