AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) SS. <br />HALL COUN'T'Y ) <br />I' the undersigned, of lawful age, being first duly sworn on oath, depose <br />and say that I was well acquainted with Fred H. Gosda, named as a son and heir <br />of Fred Gosda (also known as Frederick Gosda), deceased, former owner of <br />North Half of Southeast Quarter of Section 23 and Lots 2 and 3 on <br />Island in said Section 23, in Township 11 North, Range 9 West of <br />the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />in probate proceedings filed in the county court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the <br />year 1913, and with Fred Gosda, now deceased, whose estate was probated in the <br />county court of Hall County, Nebraska, in the year 1942, and I know that the said <br />Fred H.
