AFFIDAVIT <br />Re: North One -Half of the Northwest Quarter (N2NW4) of <br />Section Thirty (30) and the Southwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter (SW4SW4) of Section Nineteen <br />(19), all in Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), <br />West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />A. J. Luebs being first duly sworn on oath deposes <br />and says that he is a resident and practicing attorney in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that he is well and <br />personally acquainted with Shirley Ann Rathman, daughter <br />and heir at law, of George Rathman, deceased, whose Estate <br />was probated in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />Case No. 3535 and for whom a Guardian was appointed in.the <br />matter of the Guardianship of Shirley Ann Rathman, a minor, <br />Case No. 453, in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska <br />and with Shirley Ann Rathman, wife of Franklin W.
