Rinder, Jr., of Grand island, Nebraska, being first <br />duly sworn, upon oath deposes and sayer as follows: <br />Ainder, Sr., also known as <br />That he is the son of H. A* <br />Harry A. Rinder, Sr., and Helen Le Rinder, husband and Wet <br />grantees as joint tenants and not as tenants ix�', common!.In a certain <br />warranty deed dated June 3., 1947, acknowledged June 3. 1947, and <br />filed in the office of the Register of DO,,ads of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on June 17., 1947, in Book 94 of Deedso at Page 217, wherein there <br />' <br />was conveyed to them real estate described-la's Lot Seven (7) in <br />Block Eleven (11) in Ashton Place, an'Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded. <br />That affiantvs mother, said Helen L. Rinder, died on <br />January 28,0 1952, in Grand island, Nebraska, leaving affiantts <br />father, said Harry A. Rinder, Sr., also known as Harry L. Rinder, <br />Sr... as her widower. <br />That affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that <br />the inheritance tax exemption of $10,000-00 was substantially in <br />excess of the gross value of the estate of said Helen L. Rinder, <br />for inheritance tax purposes; that affiant knows of his own personal <br />knowledge that at the time of her death on January 28, 1952, said <br />Helen . L.
