Rinder, died on <br />January 28,0 1952, in Grand island, Nebraska, leaving affiantts <br />father, said Harry A. Rinder, Sr., also known as Harry L. Rinder, <br />Sr... as her widower. <br />That affiant knows of his own personal knowledge that <br />the inheritance tax exemption of $10,000-00 was substantially in <br />excess of the gross value of the estate of said Helen L. Rinder, <br />for inheritance tax purposes; that affiant knows of his own personal <br />knowledge that at the time of her death on January 28, 1952, said <br />Helen . L.
