-2- <br />Affiant further states that she notarized the Warranty Deed executed <br />and delivered by Harold R. Johnson and Pearl G. Johnson, his wife, <br />individually and as joint tenants, conveying the abovedescribed property <br />to Thomas 0. Dill and Ettie 0.
