STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />(ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />A. J. Luebs, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes <br />and says that he is the duly appointed, qualified, and acting <br />Executor of the estate of Robert Berg, deceased, which said Last <br />Will and Testament directs affiant, as Executor, to sell and <br />convert into cash within six months after appointment of affiant <br />as Executor, all real estate owned by the said Robert Berg at the <br />time of his death; that the said Robert Berg was the owner of the <br />real estate hereinabove described at the time of his death which <br />occurred July 23, 1957; that a decree of probate of said Will was <br />entered August 21, 1957, in the County Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and on said date Letters Testamentary were issued to <br />affiant as Executor of said estate; that within six months from <br />the date of his appointment, to -wit on the 3rd day of September, <br />1957, the said A. J Luebs, as Executor, sold the real estate <br />hereinabove described at public auction to Helen C. Mader; that <br />the said Robert Berg and his predecessors in title were in possession <br />of said real estate for more than 23 years prior to the date of his <br />death and which possession continued to the date of death of the <br />said Robert Berg and that thereafter the said A. J.
