If any purchaser or owner of any lot shall violate or <br />atter,pt to violate any of the restrictions herein set forth, <br />it shall be lawful for any other person or persons owning <br />real estate in said Addition, to prosecute such proceedings <br />at law or in equity against the person violating.or attempt- <br />ing to violate the restrictions and to either prevent him <br />from doing any act of violation thereof and recover damages <br />for such violation. If any of the conditions or restrictions <br />herein imposed or violated are declared void by a Court of <br />competent jurisdiction, the same shall not in anywise affect <br />the other restrictions or covenants herein. <br />This Agreement- and the faithful performance and terms <br />thereof, shall be binding upon the heirs, administrators,' <br />assic,ns, grantees, and devisees of the parties to this con- <br />tract, and upon the purchasers of any lot or lots in said <br />Reutin._,'s Addition. <br />In ' ^Titness Whereop , we have hereunto set our hands <br />this day of February, 1958. <br />CLAUDE E.
