Merchantable Title to such real property,o►m the Vendors as. of that date, <br />and will by Warranty peed convey such real property to Purchaseas,aad their <br />heirs, devisees, personal representatives, or assigns, free of any encum- <br />brances end,lieds incurred by Venders, but subject to any encumbrances* <br />liens, judgments, taxes, and special assessments incurred or permited or <br />in payment as herein required, by purchasers. It is further agreed that <br />Vendors shall have a raasonabie time to most any title objections by Purr <br />chasers and that in case title is not perfected in the Vendors upon the <br />tender of the balance of the purchase price with interest that the Purchasers <br />may pay such balance of purchase price in escrow to a National Bank in Grand <br />Island and the Vendors will thereupon execute and deliver a Warranty Deed <br />to such Purchasers and thereafter perfect the title to such premises at <br />Vendors expense. The Purchasers agree not to unreasonably object to the <br />title as tendered by the Vendors. <br />It is further agreed that as a part of the consideration for the <br />purchase price and of this transaction, the Vendors sell and convey to <br />Purchasers four ranges; four electric refrigerators, certain lamps, and <br />a set of furnituze. <br />Witness the signatures of the parties. <br />VENDORS <br />G <br />L.
