AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />This agreement is entered into, - between nary Easily Brink and <br />William Brink of Grand Island, Nebraska, each in his and her own <br />right, and as spouse of the other, as the VENDORS; and L. S. Murphy <br />and A. W.Larry Murphy of Fremont, Nebraska,as PURCHASERS: <br />The parties agree that as used herein the:wordl "Vendors" <br />shall mean "the Vendors, or the survivor of them, or his or her <br />Executor (s), or Administrator (s), or Heir (s), or Devisee (s), and <br />Legatee (s),as the case may be ". <br />The Vendors sell, and the Purchasers agree to buy Lot C ;r:e <br />(1), in (Fractional) Block Fourteen (14), in Kernohan & Decker's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska to- <br />gether with all appurtenances thereunto belonging and now thereon. <br />The Purchasers agree to pay for such real property the aggregate <br />sum of twenty eight thousand dollars ($28,000.00) payable: one thousand <br />dollars ($1,000.00) paid herewith, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00) upon delivery of possession of such <br />E_ <br />premises to the Purchasers; and, the balance of sucr: purchase price in <br />annual installments of four thouss -od dollars ($4,000.00),the first such <br />installment to be paid on March 1, 1959, and the subsequent installments k <br />to be payable orl the first day of M,-xch of each ?ear thereof ter. Until <br />a total of twenty thousand dollars, ($200000.00) together with interest <br />at the rate of five per cent (5 5%) per annum, payable semi - annually, com- <br />mencing with the first day of August, 1958, and upon the unpaid balance <br />of principalremaining from time to time after crediting payments upon <br />principal, such payments to be made at I b G 9 'est I;ir i- t <br />in Grand Island, Nebraska, or at such other place <br />as Vendors may hereafter designate in writing. The Purchasers shall have <br />the option upon any principal installment date to pay additional amounts <br />of $1,000.00, and multiples thereof, upon the unpaid balance of such <br />purchase price. <br />The Vendors agree to pay the 1957 real property taxes which became <br />a lien upon such real two- <br />twelfths property on January 1, 1958 and two twelfths (2/12) <br />of the 1958 real property taxes when levied and assessed.
