IN THZ COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NXSRABKA <br />IN THE MATTER OS THE TATZ ) <br />OF 0R HF,R "POINTING CONSXR V.ATOR <br />) <br />LAURA GR EIN ) <br />ranua-y 1 4S8 <br />This matter coming on to be heard this 3rd day of DA0603bOr, 1W on <br />the application of Laura Grein for the appointment of a conservator and Laura <br />Grein having testified; <br />The Court Finds that Laura Groin by reason of advanced age and physical <br />disability is unable to carry on her business and affairs and to manage her <br />estate with prudence and understanding, and that a conservator should be <br />appointed for her. <br />The Court Further Finds that Laura Grein is the owner ofthe following <br />described real property: <br />305 West Koenig - Fractional Lots One (1) and two (2) in fractional <br />block one hundred and five (105) in railroad addition to the city of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />709 West Koenig - Lot two (2) in block one hundred twenty nine (129) <br />in Koenig and Wiebes addition to the city of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />516 N. Sycamore - South 66 feet lots 1 and 2 block 19 original town of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Lot four (4) and thirteen (13) of island acres being a subdivision of <br />part of the west half of the Southwest quarter (W l 5W 4) of section eight <br />(8) in township eleven (11) north range nine (9) and part of fractional <br />lot two (2) of section seven (7) in township eleven (11) north range nine <br />(9), west of the 6th P. M. in ,Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, plotted <br />and recorded. <br />The Court Further Finds that Warren Rex Rollstin is a suitable and proper <br />,person to act as conservator of the estate of Laura Grein and said Warren <br />Rex Rollstin should be appointed such conservator, he to finish bond in the <br />y <br />amount of $5, 000.00. It is Therefore Ordered, Adjudged and Decreed by the <br />Court that a conservator should be appointed to take charge of the affairs of the <br />Estate of Laura Grein, that Warren Rex Rollstin is a suitable person to be such <br />conservator, that Warren Rex Rollstin is hereby appointed such conservator be <br />to furnish bond in the amount of $5, 000.00 and otherwise qualify. <br />County Judge <br />U <br />
