LEASE AND AGREEMENT
<br />This agreement made and entered into this day of 1958, by
<br />and between ROLAND ROY and MARJORIE ROY, each in his and her own right, and as
<br />spouse of the other, parties of the first part, and JACK THOMPSON and MARJORIE
<br />THOMPSON, each in his and her own right, and a'.spouse of the other, parties of
<br />the second part,
<br />WHEREAS, the parties of the first part do hereby lease to the parties of the
<br />second part the premises located at 2216 North Sherman Street, Grand Island, Ne-
<br />braska, more particularly described as: Lot Nine (9), and the North Eighteen (18)
<br />feet, three (3) inches of Lot Eleven (11), all in Block Eleven (11), University
<br />Place, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, for a per-
<br />iod of one year beginning March 1, 1958, and terminating February 28, 1959, for
<br />which parties of the second part agree to pay the sum of $85.00 per month, first
<br />payment to be made on or before the first day of March, 1958, and a like amount
<br />on the first day of each and every month thereafter during the term of this lease.
<br />IT I'S FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the parties that the parties of
<br />the second part shall have an option to renew said lease for an additional one
<br />year, provided however written notice is given to the parties of the first part
<br />at least sixty days prior to the expiration of this lease.
<br />IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the parties hereto that at any
<br />time during this lease, or during the exercise of the option of this lease that
<br />the parties of the second part shall have the right to purchase said premises
<br />from the parties of the first part for the sum of $11,500., and that any and
<br />all paym nts made by the parties of the second part to the parties of the first
<br />part as rent under this agreement shall be applied on the above purchase price,
<br />and the parties of the second part shall have credit therefor.
<br />The parties of the first part agree to furnish to the parties of the second
<br />part in the event of the purchase of said property, a good and sufficient mark-
<br />etable title including an abstract therefor.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have set their hands this day
