Pickens a notary public duly commissioned and qualified in <br />said County, pereese personally came Florence Bockmann, who being duly <br />sworn deposes and says,- <br />That on the Febuary, 14th, 1955 Cora A.Wisong and C. Arthur Wisong executed a <br />Quit Claim Deed to her and her husband for a certain piece of land in the <br />Village of Doniphan, the deed being recorded in Book 113 on Page37 with the <br />Register of Deeds at Hall County, State of Nebraska and further states that <br />the grantors were husband and wife on such date. <br />She further states that on the 21st day of Febuary , 1955 , she and her husband <br />executed a Quit Claim Deed to one Mason Robb and the the tract of land in their <br />quit claim deed was the same and the identical tract of land as in the quit <br />claik deed that she and her husband received from Cora A.Wisong and C. Arthur . <br />Wisong but in their quit claim deed to one Mason Robb had an ommission as <br />follows and that being ,- <br />the fourth line from the bottom of the description df'said tract of land it <br />is on the deed M (111) feet, thence North One HnndredForty Four (144)to the <br />piwce of" and states this line should read as follows,- <br />k(IU) feet, thence North One RundredForty F8ur (144) feet to the place of." <br />their Quit Claim Deed as given one Mason Robb is recorded in Book 113 page 615 <br />with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State -of Nebraska. <br />It was her and her husban d'sintent to transfer the same and identical tract of <br />as transferred to them by Cora A WisoM and C.
