Bade, her husband, conveyed the same property <br />to this affiant, such conveyance being dated May 13, 1948; that the name <br />Kathryn and Katheryn when used in connection with the name Bade in <br />conveyances of the above described property, describe one and the <br />same person and the true name of that person.is Kathryn Bade, who <br />is the wife of Alfred F. Bade.
