A F F I D A V I T <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />Marjorie M. Fonda, being first duly sworn on oath <br />deposes and says that she is the wife of Glen C. Fonda, <br />who, together with herself, owned Lot Ten (10), Block <br />One (1), Park Hill Sub - Division; that the same consti- <br />tuted the homestead of ,the said Glen C. Fonda and Af- <br />fiant; that she is 59 years of age; that the only <br />other assets of the said Glen C. Fonda, at the time of <br />his death, were the following; Real Estate having fair <br />market value of $i_ -,00.00 and other personal prop- <br />erty, exclusive of household furniture, having a value <br />of <br />Affiant further deposes and says that the total net <br />value of the Estate did not exceed the sum of $60,000.00. <br />Affiant further deposes and says that in considera- <br />tion of the purchase of said premises by N. H. Peters, <br />that she will hold the said N. H. Peters and any Mort- <br />gagee harmless from any claim for the State Inheritance <br />Tax, and agrees that she will cause said State Inheritance <br />Tax, if any, to be paid out of the other assets of the <br />Estate of the said Glen C.
