<br />4. Lessee shall pay Lessor, as rent for the premises,
<br />the sum of 5150.00 per month for each montn the lease is in effect,
<br />which amount shall be due monthly in advance and shall be delin-
<br />quent if not paid by the 10th of the month.
<br />5. All the terms and conditions stated in the lease
<br />referred to above, between Caroline tray and L. L. Coryell & Sons,
<br />are hereby incorporated.herein by reference, and shall constitute
<br />the terms and conditions of this lease agreement between Lessor
<br />and Lessee, except that the rent shall be as stated in Paragraph 4
<br />of this agreement and except that Paragraph I2a of said lease shall
<br />be void and of no effect.
