Codner being first duly sworn upon oath says: that <br />he is ,a resident of Hall county Nebraska and has oned the northwest <br />quarter of Section 21, Township 9 North, Range 12 Vest of the Gtr. P. M. <br />in Hall County. Nebraska since 1930 and I am well acquainted with the <br />the Southeast quarter of Section 21. Township 9 North. Range 12 West of <br />the 6th P.
