V <br />A <br />on or about the 30th day of July, 1928 and that affiant <br />and the heirs of the said Josephine Rose were in absolute, <br />undisputed, and exclusive poesession of said premises up <br />until March 6, 1951; that none of the heirs of Louise <br />Hurley, a deceased daughter of John Rose and Josephine <br />Rose, have ever claimed any interest in and to any of the <br />above described premises; that John B. Rose and his wife, <br />Sarah Rose, have never claimed any interest in or to une <br />above described premises but that they have executed quit <br />claim deeds to said property, which deeds have been duly <br />executed and acknowledged; that on the 6th day of March, <br />1951 the affiant, Philip J. Rose and his wife, Dora L. <br />Rose, were the joint owners of the absolute title to said <br />premises; that they and their grantors, including the heirs <br />of Louise Hurley, deceased, and John B. Rose and Sarah Rose, <br />have by proper conveyances conveyed all of their interest <br />in and to all of the above described premises to the <br />affiant herein and his wife, Dora L.
