Vollmer, being first duly sworn on <br />oath, deposes and says that she is of legal age and a <br />resident of Ottawa County, Illinois. <br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and <br />say that I am the wife of Frederick W.F. Vollmer, de- <br />ceased, and that I was personally acquainted with <br />August Vollmer, deceased. <br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say <br />that August Vollmer, husband of Christine Vollmer, is <br />CD <br />one and the same person as August Volmer, regardless <br />of the discrepancy in the spelling of names, who received <br />title to: <br />The West Half (W2) of the Northeast Quarter <br />(NEB), of Section Twenty -Seven (27)t Town- <br />ship Ten (10), North, Range Nine (91, West <br />of the Sixth Principle Meridian, in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, containing, according to <br />the United States Survey, 80 acres more or <br />less, <br />on the lst day of October, 1884. <br />After being further duly sworn, I depose and say <br />that Frederick W. Vollmer, whose name appears in the es- <br />tate of his father, August Vollmer, is one and the same <br />person as Frederick W.F. Vollmer, regardless of the dis- <br />crepancy in names, and I am certain they are one and the <br />same person for the reason Frederick W.F.
