COUNTY OF HALL MARGARET SCOVILL, being first duly sworn on oath de- poses and states that she and her deceased husband, Max Scovill, acquired title to Lot Ten (10) in Fractional Block Four (4) in Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with right of survivorship, by Deed filed on December 20, 1950 in Book 100 of Deeds, at Page 578 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall Coun- ty, Nebraska; that Max Scovill died on July 25, 1957, a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that by virtue of the above - mentioned Deed Affiant is now the owner of said property; that she has paid every account and obligation of every name and nature which was owed by or which was incurred for the said Max Scovill, Deceased; that the funeral bill to Geddes Fu- neral Home, doctor and hospital bills and all other bills involved with the last illness of the Deceased and every other account which was owing at the time of his death have been paid in full; that the total equity in the above - described real estate and every other asset which was owned by the said Max Scovill, Deceased, amounted in value to less than the sum of $10,000.00 at the date of his death and that all of such property was held by said Deceased and Affiant in joint tenancy with right of survivorship. Further Affiant sayeth naught. SUBSCRIBED and sworn to before me this twenty -first day of October, 1957.
