Geddes, being first duly sworn upon his oath, <br />deposes and says that he is a practicing mortician and funeral <br />director, and has practiced his profession in the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, County of Hall, for more than 25 years last <br />past; that he was well and personally acquainted xi A=M with <br />Peter Odin, the grantee in a certain deed conveying the above <br />described premises, which deed bears date of August 20, 1935, and <br />is recorded in Book 74 at Page 374 of the deed records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska; that he knows of his own personal knowledge that <br />the said Peter Odin departed this life on the 2nd day of May 1955 <br />and that the said Peter Odin was buried in the Cedar View Cemetery <br />at Doniphan, Nebraska on May 4, 1955 and that this affiant offici- <br />ated at said funeral. <br />bq,w,4 <br />Subscribed in my presence and sworn to before me this 15th day of <br />.
