SUBORDINATION AGREEKENT <br />KN W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESI+NTS: That We, Crown Finance Co., of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the lags of <br />the State of Nebraska maintAj� its principal place of business at Grand Island, <br />Nebraska for a valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby <br />acknowledged, do hereby subordinate the lien of the real estate mortgage made by <br />Carl Broadway and Darletta Broadway to us dated July 22, 1957 to aeeare their one <br />promissory note dated July 22, 1957 in the an of #323.61, which real estate mortgage <br />was recorded in Book 116 at Page 287 of Beal Estate Mortgage Records in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska and which mortgage conveyed Lot 11 <br />in Block 12 in Boggs and Hill's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, to the real estate mortgage made by Carl Be Broadway and Darletta Me <br />Broadway to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />which mortgage is dated October 16, 1957 in the am of $4,600.00 and which mortgage <br />constitutes a lien against the premises hereinbefore described, and we do hereby <br />expressly consent and agree with said The Equitable Building and Loan Association <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska that the lien of our mortgage hereinbefore described shall <br />be subject to and inferior to the lien of the said mortgage in favor of The Equitable <br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska dated October 16, 1957 and <br />recorded in Book 116 at Page 613 of Real Estate Mortgage Records of the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska and that the said mortgage of The <br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska above described <br />shall be a prior lien against said real estate to the lien of our said mortgage <br />hereinbefore described. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said Crown Finance Co., of Grand Island, Nebraska has <br />hereunto caused its Corporate Seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by <br />,rapt this ° ✓i - day of October, 1957. <br />`C, FC)'��i CROWN FINANCE CO. <br />4.� By <br />is President <br />Attest <br />Secretary <br />STATE O���BASKA ) tiC�( <br />as.
