NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of October, <br />1957, World Insurance Company, a Nebraska corporation, plaintiff, <br />filed its petition and action in the District Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, against Allan D. Hooker and Yvonne J. Hooker, <br />defendants to foreclose a certain mortgage of $5,700.00 on the <br />following described real estate, to wit: <br />"Lot Fifty -three (53), Block One (1), <br />West Heights Addition to the City. <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, and being <br />the same as Lot Fifty -three (53) of <br />said West Heights Addition, as surveyed <br />and plotted." <br />given by the defendants Allan D. Hooker and Yvonne J. Hooker, as <br />husband and wife, to Don J.
