<br />I, Ldna White, being first duly sworn, upon my oath, depose
<br />and say that I am of legal age and a resident of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, that I am Church Secretary of the Church of the
<br />Nazarene of Grand Island, Nebraska, which is located at 1024 West
<br />6th Street, in aaid City and State, and that as such Church Secretary
<br />I have charge of and have in my possession the records of the` minutes
<br />of all of the regular and special meetings of said Church and similar
<br />records in connection therewith.
<br />I further certify, under oath, that there is attached to
<br />this certificate a true and exact copy of the permission, authorization,
<br />consent and approval, in writing, given by Whitcomb Harding, District
<br />Superintendent of the Church of the Nazarene for the Nebraska District,
<br />which includes the Church of the Nazarene of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />for the calling of a special meeting by the pastor, Rev. L. C. Schwanz,
<br />on Sunday,"Auciust 25, 1957, at the hour of 11 :00 o'clock, A.I:i., to
<br />vote on the sale of certain property therein described, together faith
<br />his permission, authorization., consent and approval, in writing, for
<br />the sale of such property.
<br />I further certify, under oath, that there is attached to
<br />this certificate a true and exact copy of the notice of the special
<br />n,Ainc of the Church of the i�azarene of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />called for the purpose of voting on the sale of the property therein
<br />described, which prior notice of such meeting was given from the pul-
<br />pit in said Church building at three- regular weekly services, naraely,
<br />on Sunday, august 4, 1957, on Sunday, August 11, 1957, and on Sunday,
