<br />recorded in Book 113 of Mortgages, Page 311.
<br />That the real estate mortga e executed by defendants
<br />Charles N. Hald and Doris M. Hald, husband and wife, to plaintiff,
<br />N. Cady, Sr., covering the real estate described above, as Piece
<br />No. 2, and also covering; real estate described as Piece No. 1, above,
<br />was dated the 14th day of July, 1956, and said real estate i�,iortmage
<br />was duly filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Fall County, Nebraska, on the 17th day of July, 1956, at 9;00 a.m.,
<br />and duly recorded in Book 113 of Mortgages, Page 331.
<br />Plaintiff claims in his First Cause of Action in his
<br />Petition for Foreclosure of 'Real testate Mortgages that there is now
<br />due and owinff to him on the real estate mortgaLe covering real estate
<br />Piece 'do. 1, described above, and the note said mortgage was given to
<br />secure, the sum of 54,000.00. with interest at the rate of ci;; per
<br />annum from the 15t day of July, 1956, and he prays for the sale of

<br />the real estate described as Piece No. 1, above, subject to a prior
<br />mortlaae, given to the Nebraska Loan and Trust Company, of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, to satisfy the amount found due on his mortgage
<br />anrW, interest and costs.
<br />Plaintiff claims on his Second Cause of Action in his
<br />Petition: for Foreclosure of Real ustata IortgaIes on the real estate
<br />mort^�afse covering real estate Piece io. 2, described above, and Piece
<br />No. I, described above, the surr, of ;4,500.00, with interest at the
<br />rate of 5 � per annuin fror:-i the 14th day of July, 1956, claiming said

<br />to secure, and he prays for the sale of the real estate above described,
