"TenanY' The Cigarette Store Corp. is a tenant of Owner pursuant to a written lease dated April 4, <br />2012�(the "Lease"). Tenant occupies that portion of the Property described as 802, 812 and 812 %z <br />W. 2. St., Grand Island, NE 68801 (the °Leased Premises°). <br />RECITALS <br />1. Lender has made a loan to Owrner which is secured by a Deed of TrustlMortgage encumbering the <br />Real Property. As a conditi�n of the loan, Lender required that the Deed of Trust/Mortgage be, and <br />remain, superior to any other interest in or encumbrance upon the Real Property. <br />2. Owner or its predecessor, as landlord, has executed the Lease in favor of Tenant The interest of <br />Tenant under the Lease is reflected in that Memorandum of Lease recorded r, l 9' a as <br />Document No. � O 1 a 0�7�Qn the Official Records of the County of Hall, tate o� Nebraska. <br />Owner and Tenant agree that the Lease, and the interests of Owner and Tenant under the Lease, <br />shall be and shall remain subordinate to the interests of Lender under the Deed of Trust/Mortgage on <br />the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. <br />�� <br />�3�� � <br />� <br />
