The Security Instrument, which was entered into as security for <br />the performance of the Note, encumbers the real and personal property described in the <br />Security Instrument (and defined in the Security Instrument as the "Property"), which is <br />located at 511 Meves Ave, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801-7858. That real property is <br />described as follows: <br />LOT FOUR (4), HUSMAN'S SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Whereas the parties mutually desire to modify the terms of payment of said indebtedness <br />by changing the amount of monthly payments required on said note and security <br />instrument; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants hereinafter contained, it is <br />mutually agreed as follows: <br />The Borrower(s) agree to pay the "new principal amount" with interest at the rate of <br />4.00% on the unpaid balance in monthly installments of Four Hundred Seventeen dollars <br />and Ninety-One cents ($417.91) commencing the first day of April, 2012, and on the first <br />day of each month thereafter until the "new principal amount" and interest thereon aze <br />fully paid, except that final payment of the "new principal amount" and interest if not <br />sooner paid, shall be due and payable on the first day of March 1, 2042. <br />It is mutually agreed that said security instrument shall continue a first lien upon the <br />premises and that neither the obligation evidencing the aforesaid indebtedness nor the <br />security instrument security the same shall in any way be prejudiced by this agreement, <br />but said obligation and security instrument and all the covenants and agreements thereof <br />the rights of the parties thereunder shall remain in full force and effect except as herein <br />expressly modified. <br />N <br />O <br />F—� <br />�7 <br />O <br />N <br />-J <br />crt <br />..� <br />;4J S v <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
