RIGHT OF WAY GRANT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That the Grantors, Rid . 0-.. <br />of the County of s <br />and State of for and in consideration of the sum of <br />one dollar ($1.00), receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, do here- <br />by grant, convey and confirm unto Kansas - Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc., a <br />Kansas corporation, its successors and assigns (hereinafter collectively called <br />Grantee), the right -of -way and easement to construct, install, maintain, renew, <br />replace and operate pipelines, either above or below ground, and appurtenances <br />thereto, for the transportation of gas, in,on, over and through the following <br />described lands situated in the County of /'1A Al, and State of <br />Nebraska to wit: <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 9 Range 9 <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said right -of -way and easement unto said Kansas - <br />Nebraska Natural Gas Company, Inc., its successors and assigns, so long as such <br />pipelines, and appurtenances thereto, shall be maintained; together with the right <br />of ingress to and egress from said premises for the purpose of constructing, in- <br />specting, repairing, maintaining, renewing and replacing the property of Grantee <br />located thereon, or the removal thereof, in whole or in part, at will of Grantee. <br />Grantors retain the right to use and enjoy said premises, subject only to the <br />right of Grantee to use the same for the purposes herein expressed. <br />All pipe 'Lines installed or constructed on the surface of or above <br />ground shall, except through grazing land, parallel established fences and be so <br />installed or constructed as not to interfere with continued use of all existing <br />field entrances and roadways, nor obstruct the flow of drainage in natural or <br />constructed water courses, irrigation canals and ditches. <br />IN WITZ S WI-EREOF, the said Grantor ha e hereunto set their hand this <br />day of , 1957 <br />In presence of <br />Right -of Way Agent <br />STATE OF - ) <br />SS: <br />COUNTY 0 ) <br />BE IT RE14EMBERED.that on this / day of <br />before me a notary public in and for the county and state foresaid, <br />AD, l9 V�a � y 1� <br />personally appeared the above named <br />who c:� personally known to me and <br />known to me to be the same person who executed the foregoing instrument and <br />such person duly acknowledged the execution of the same and acknowledged said in- <br />strument to be -7 d voluntary act and deed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my9�0'15 <br />seal the day and year last above written. <br />MY COMMISSION EXPIRES:� { �' <br />NOTARY Im : s. <br />Filed for record August 6, 1957, at 8 :30 A.M. <br />gau6 &,4 Register of <br />- Deeds <br />Hall County,Neb <br />
