RENTAL ASSIGNMENT <br />In consideration of the`Nebraska,Loan & Trust Company, Grand Island, <br />Nebraska,making a lodn to us the - undersigned, in the sum of $II000.00 <br />which is to be secured by ,First Mortgage on the following described <br />real estate : to -wit: The ."ortherly 66 feet of the Easterly 99 feet <br />of Lots 1 and 2 and the Easterly 16 feetof the Westerly 33 feet of <br />Lot 2 all in Block IO2 of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition and Railroad <br />Addition to the City`of Grand Island, Nebraska. And for the purpose of <br />further securing said loan we here sell, assign and transfer unto the <br />Nebraska Loan &.Trust Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, all rents and rentals <br />and income to be'due or received from said property and hereby agree that <br />in case of default of the payment of any taxes when the same shall become <br />due or in the case of default of the payment of any interest on said <br />mortgage,or in default in the payment of any insurance when due,or upon <br />the payment of the principal of said mortgage when the same shall become <br />due, then and in any of the said events, the Nebraska Loan & Trust Company <br />is hereby authorized and empowered to collect all rents from said property <br />and to apply the same to the payment of taxes,interest, insurance and <br />principal which may be in default and this assignment dhall constitute <br />sufficient authority for said Nebraska Loan & Trust Company to collect <br />and apply said rents as above set forth and the undersigned further <br />consents, in case of default, to the immediate appointment of a receiver <br />upon application to the court having jurisdiction for the purpose of <br />collection of said rents or rentals as set forth. <br />This assignment shall be irrevocable until said mortgage and all <br />delinquent taxes, interest and insurance premiums have been paid in <br />accordance with the terms of the mortgage to be executed by us on the <br />above described property. <br />Dated this14 day of July, 1956 Q <br />State of Nebraska ) ss. <br />County of Hall ) <br />On thisl1+ day of July, 1956, before me, a Notary Public in and <br />for said County came Charles A.Hald and Doris M.Hald, his wife, to me <br />known to be the identical persons whose names are affixed to the above <br />instrument and they acknowledged the execution thereof to be their <br />volurita �y`- kot-and deed for the purposes herein set forth. <br />T .t 's 'whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal <br />d &, -4Ar last above written. <br />ki� J <br />o�rariss,�bn empires <br />��..
