ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE
<br />WHEREAS, Dale Dean Jarman and Lois Marie Jarman entered into a con -
<br />tract on June 11, 1956, wherein they agreed.to purchase some real
<br />estate in Grand Island, Nebraska, from Donald E. Rickert and Marion
<br />L. Rickert and the said Dale Dean Jarman and Lois Marie Jarman up
<br />to this date have fully complied with the terms of the said contract;
<br />WHEREAS, William Grimes and Jean I. Grimes have this date purchased
<br />the equity the said Dale Dean Jarman and Lois Marie Jarman have in
<br />said property;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the purchase of the said equity,
<br />we, Dale Dean Jarman and Lois Marie Jarman, each in his and her own
<br />right and.as spouse of each other, hereby assign, deliver over and
<br />transfer to William Grimes and Jean I. Grimes, as joint tenants and
<br />not as tenants in common, with right of survivorship, all our right,
<br />title, and interest in and to the said contract entered into on the
<br />11th day of June, 1956, as recorded on the 17th day of July, 1957,
<br />in Book 4 at Page 603 of the miscellaneous records in the Office of
<br />the.Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, said contract pertain-
<br />ing to the following property:
<br />The North Forty -Six Feet (N-460 of Lot Two (2), in
<br />Block Eighteen (18), in Scarfffs Addition to West Lawn,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />Marie Jarman harmless from any.and all obligation or liability thereon.
