a Y <br />It . <br />CONTRACT FOR REAL ESTATE <br />-CA, <br />ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT: Made this 1 / day of June, 1956, <br />between Donald E. Rickert and Marion L. Rickert, each in his <br />and her own right and as spouse of each other, parties of the <br />first part, hereinafter known as "Sellers," and Dale Dean Jarman <br />and u9Jarman, as joint tenants and not as tenants in com- <br />mon, with right of survivorship, parties of the second part, here- <br />inafter known as `Purchasers." <br />WITNESSETH, that the Sellers have this day bargained and sold <br />to the Purchasers the following- described real estate situated in <br />the County of Nall and State of 'lebraska, to -wit: <br />The North Forty -Six Feet (N.461) of Lot Two <br />(Z), in 2l ock Eighteen (18), in Scarff's <br />Addition to West Lawn, in the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, <br />according to the recorded plat thereof for the sum of Thirty -Five <br />Hundred Dollars (531500.00), Three Hundred Dollars (�y300.00) of <br />which has been paid in hand, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow- <br />ledged. "ihe remaining principal with accrued interest at the rate <br />of six per cent (67) Der annum computed semi - annually shall be paid <br />to Flower -Evans Company, Grand Island, Nebraska, as acents for the <br />Sellers in the following manner: The balance, or Thirty -Two Hundred <br />Dollars 43,Z00.00), shall be paid on the basis of Forty Dollars <br />(1$4..0.00) per month, Thirty -Five .Dollars (535.00) is to be credited <br />to principal and interest and Five Dollars ($5.00) is to be cre- <br />dited to the tax and insurance account. The interest is to be <br />computed semi - annually on the unpaid balance. The Purchasers <br />have the option of paying any additional amounts on the principal <br />on any payment date. This contract is subject to the rights of <br />the present tenants. The Sellers agree to evict the present ten- <br />ants forthwith and give possession to the Purchasers as soon as <br />the said tenants are evicted but in any event not later than the <br />15th day of July, 1956. The first payment of Forty Dollars (J$40.00) <br />shall be payable within thirty (30) days of the date possession <br />is delivered to the Purchasers but in no event sooner than July 15, <br />1956. Interest shall not commence running on the obligation of <br />
