TAYLOR and MONROE TAYLOR, <br />her husband; et als., <br />Defendants. <br />Case No. 33 - Docket- ,Page, <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDINS <br />TO WHOM IT biAY CONCERN: <br />�/- You and each of you are hereby notified that on the <br />day of t / - , 1957, the Coutny of Hall, State <br />of Nebraska, filed its Petition in the above - entitled case <br />in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, consisting of <br />Ten Causes of Action against the defendants named in said <br />Petition, concerning the real estate in said Cause of Action <br />hereinafter set forth. <br />The object and prayer of said Petition is to foreclose <br />the Tax Sales Certificates of each Cause of Action as set forth <br />in said Petition, together with the subsequent taxes thereon, <br />and the Plaintiff claims that there is due the respective <br />amount set forth in each Cause of Action in said Petition, <br />and that each of said Tax Sales Certificates is a first, <br />paramount and superior lien on the respective real estate there- <br />in described, and prays for an accounting of the amount <br />found due and for sale of the real estate hereafter described <br />to satisfy the amount found due for its lien from the said <br />Tax Sale Certificates and subsequent taxes,with interest and <br />costs. <br />The numbers of each Cause of Action, together with <br />the description of the real estate of each Cause of Action <br />of said action are listed following, said real estate all being <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />f <br />
