t � <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />LOREN NASH, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes <br />and says that the sole and only Trustees of The Assembly <br />of God Church, Grand Island, Nebraska, a religious corpor- <br />ation, on June 9, 1957, were Fredulph T-irmn <br />Gordon H. Hameloth and Loren H. 1.42.sh ; <br />that the above and foregoing Notice was given by reading <br />the same at three regular weekly services of such incor- <br />porated religious association, to -wit, at the regular <br />Sunday morning weekly service on June 9, 1957, at the <br />regular Sunday morning weekly service on June 16, 1957, <br />and at the regular Sunday morning weekly service on June <br />23, 1957; that thereafter at 7:30 P. m. on Monday, June <br />24, 1957, and in the auditorium of the Church of said <br />religious association at Sixth and Sycamore Streets, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said special meeting was <br />held. There were present, 27 — members, being more <br />than twenty -five; at said meeting it was moved by <br />Fredulph Larson that the foregoing Resolution <br />set forth in said Notice be adopted, which Motion was <br />seconded by Dorothy 5talthall After remarks <br />Erwin E. Ronde, Pastor of said religious association, <br />called for a vote upon the Motion to adopt said Resolu- <br />tion. 27 members voted "Aye "; "Nay ", none. <br />I further, on oath, depose and say that said relig- <br />ious association now has a membership of forty -five (45) <br />members. The Pastor then declared said Resolution <br />adopted. <br />Two additional Trustees, Frank Walthall and <br />J3. u. .7nhngon were then elected by unanimous <br />vote to fill the vacancies. <br />
