N 0 T I C E <br />TO THE MEMBERS OF THE ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH, GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, A RELIGIOUS CORPORATION. <br />You are hereby notified that a Special Meeting of the <br />Members of this Church will be held at 7:30 P. M. on Mon- <br />day, June 24, 1957, in the auditorium of The Assembly of <br />God Church at Sixth and Sycamore Streets, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. This meeting has <br />been called by the Board of Trustees for the purpose of <br />passing upon the following Resolution: <br />RESOLUTION <br />"WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees deem it advisable <br />to borrow the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars 010,000.00) <br />for the purpose of paying in part for the construction <br />of a new Church, and the Home Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has <br />agreed to loan said sum for this Church. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Members of <br />this Church, to -wit, The Assembly of God Church, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, that the Board of Trustees be and they <br />are hereby authorized to borrow the sum of Ten Thousand <br />Dollars ($i0,000.00) from Home Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />the Federal savings and loan plan, with interest at six <br />per cent (b%) per annum, amortized at the rate of Five <br />Hundred Dollars 0500.00) each six months for the first <br />4 -1/2 years, the balance payable at the end of 5 years. <br />BE I`I' FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees <br />be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to make, <br />execute and deliver to said Home Federal Savings and <br />Loan Association, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />a real estate mortgage, mortgaging Lots One (1) and Two <br />(2), Block Six (b), in Gilbert "s Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as security for said loan; <br />said mortgage to be on the usual form with general cov- <br />enants of warranty.
